REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General Policy for All Services

Your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while also ensuring the sustainability of our space and classes.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to receive a full refund for any booking, whether it's an hourly space rental or a spot in a pop-up dance class.

  • If you cancel your reservation with less than 48 hours notice, you will forfeit the full payment for the booking.

  • Cancellations must be communicated to us directly via email or phone during our normal business hours.

Policies for Hourly Rental Space

This section applies to all hourly rentals of our space for rehearsals, meetings, photo shoots, and private events.

  • Payment: Full payment is required to confirm and reserve your date and time slot. Your reservation is not finalized until payment is successfully processed.

  • Refunds: If you cancel your confirmed hourly rental 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule a rental are treated as a cancellation and re-booking. If you wish to reschedule, you must do so with at least 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Policies for PopUp Dance Classes

This section applies to all registrations for our scheduled pop-up dance classes.

  • Registration and Payment: To reserve your spot in a class, full payment is required at the time of registration. A spot is not reserved until payment is successfully received. Since space is limited, we cannot hold spots without payment.

  • Refunds: If you cancel your spot in a pop-up class 48 hours or more before the scheduled class time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice or do not show up for the class, you will forfeit the full registration fee and will not be eligible for a refund or class credit.
